Dustin Hodges
Executive Producer / On-Camera Personality
Hooked on racing at a young age, Hodges was introduced to road racing through his father and the screaming IndyCars around the legendary Road America. First turning wrenches and changing tires for his father, Dustin got behind the wheel at 16 and spent nearly a decade working toward a professional career in motorsports.
Hitting many walls; metaphorically, financially, and physically, Dustin retired from driving at the age of 24 and walked away from motorsports entirely.
For over fifteen years, Dustin spent his life away from the race track, first owning and operating successful sports bars, then moving to the circus which is Washington D.C. to work full time in the political arena for NPO’s, campaigns, and other non-governmental organizations.
However, similar to so many, the lure of racetrack would reemerge. Once again following his father, Dustin was asked to assist in the promotions and marketing for a new race series for formula 1000 cars, the North American Formula 1000 Championship.
After almost fifteen years away from the racetrack, it took only one weekend of the beautiful smell of rubber and fuel in the air at the country club of VIR and Dustin was back.
Working tirelessly throughout 2017 to promote the NorthAmF1000 series, Dustin re-established connections with old friends, forged new relationships, and set off to leave the political world and return to his first love.
Launching a new production company, Right Turn Promotions, combined with new partners including Sunoco Race Fuels, MPT Industries, Taylor Race Engineering, JDR RaceCars, led to the launch of RightTurnRacing.TV
